Places of Worship

Places of Worship is a coming-of-age short film with surrealist elements that explores the tension between personal identity and religious upbringing, particularly in the context of sexual self-discovery.

I handled post-production audio and had the pleasure of collaborating with director Bridget Francis Harris to help bring her vision to life. A key creative challenge in the sound design was blending grounded realism with dreamlike elements to blur the line between reality and imagination, keeping the audience questioning what’s real and what isn’t.

The film has been well received on the festival circuit and praised for its powerful themes and emotional resonance.
